A group of anglers could place a "spread" of lines and panfish and mingle. The tradeoff was that you have to land your fish hand over hand. what is needed is a tip-up or "strike indicator" that works in conjunction with the users prefered rod and reel. Insulates the hole cut in the ice in extreame cold. Has a wide range of release (free spooling) setings to target all inland species of fish. user friendly. yep, kid friendly too. just set your drag and watch that flag... No comments in a year??
